Come And Drink It White Blend is the epitome of a patio pounder that starts crisp and refreshing and lasts long after the sun has gone down in the West Texas sky.

While we have typically worked with warm climate varietals like Trebbiano and Viognier from the Texas High Plains to build our refreshing white blend, we have recently taken advantage of opportunities with (un-oaked) Chardonnay as a base. In the glass, we see bright, pale straw luminescence, notes of orchard fruits, mandarin, and soft green apple. Viognier brings floral notes, while Pinot Grigio is seamed in for acidity and crispness that give way to aromatics with a hint of Riesling.
